Seminar + coaching for artists with Mahir Namur, Existential Coach, Psychological Counselor, Vienna – Istanbul

Cluj Cultural Centre organizes, through the Academy of Change program, a seminar and individual coaching sessions with Mahir Namur, an existential coach, psychological counselor in Vienna and Istanbul. The seminar will be held on Monday, December 17th, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., at ClujHub, 22-26 Regele Ferdinand Street, Central Commercial Center, 3rd Floor.

The professional life of an artist can hardly be separated from his or her personal life. In most cases, the choice of being an artist resolves from an instinctive urge and quite often at an early age. Sometimes it is not even a conscious decision. The choice is made for an authentic life, true to oneself, nevertheless sometimes without knowing all of its consequences in advance. Artists are ‘thrown’ into the world with existential challenges, risks and responsibilities – and with very high expectations to produce and to be successful. Dealing with these expectations requires basic management knowledge and philosophical thinking combined with creativity, which is a natural asset of an artist. Integrating the methodology of strategic planning to the existential coaching approach, this introductory seminar aims artists to reflect on their lives and career perspectives and to plan the necessary steps towards a meaningful productivity.
