Impact and Diversity
The geographical balance of the selection ensures cultural activity across diverse areas—ranging from creative hubs like Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca to rural or remote regions with significant cultural potential, such as Breb (Maramureș), Cincu (Brașov), Săliștea (Vâlcea), or the Apuseni Mountains (Alba). Furthermore, by including projects with national, touring, or online reach, the Cultura Face Bine Fund ensures cultural access for a wide variety of communities.
The diversity of fields and disciplines reflects the vibrant landscape of Romania’s contemporary cultural ecosystem. The selection spans a broad spectrum, from performing arts, music, and theater to visual arts research, new digital media, and the preservation of vernacular heritage. Our goal is not just to fund isolated events, but to support multiple forms of expression that enrich Romania’s cultural identity.
“A key factor in this selection was the role the CFB grant plays in the overall sustainability of the applicant’s work. The €2,000 is not a prize; it is a resource intended to unlock processes, allow teams to mature, and ensure the continuity of projects that might otherwise risk coming to a halt,” stated Ștefan Teișanu, Director of the Cluj Cultural Centre, the organization hosting the Cultura Face Bine movement’s secretariat.
Waiting List
Five additional projects have been placed on a waiting list. Should more companies join the Cultura Face Bine movement during April by contributing €2,500 for the current year, these projects will also receive funding:

Next Steps
The signing of funding contracts with the selected organizations will take place by April 24, 2026. If new corporate supporters join by the end of the month, their contributions will fund the projects on the waiting list starting in May.
Project implementation and public communication will run through late November 2026. During this time, the funded organizations will benefit from promotion at Cultura Face Bine events nationwide (Bucharest, Cluj, Iași, Timișoara), communication support (social media, newsletters, press), and facilitated networking with cultural operators, venues, and festivals.
On December 10, 2026, we will launch the next edition of the Cultura Face Bine Fund for 2027.
