The Academy of Change is a platform to support and increase the capacity of the cultural sector.
The Academy’s agenda includes training and mentoring programs for artists, cultural managers and cultural organizations, cultural mediation programs, artist-in-residence programs, access to grants and resources for culture, cultural research and advocacy for the development of public policies in the field of culture.
Related project: Stronger Peripheries: A Southern Coalition
The project proposes new support and training frameworks and collaboration opportunities for cultural professionals and promotes the social importance of inclusive and participatory arts and arts practices. An international collaborative project, Stronger Peripheries brings together locally rooted cultural practices from 10 European countries, including Romania through the Clujean Cultural Center.
