Emil Boc, the Mayor of Cluj-Napoca, is one of the founders of the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences, doctor of Philosophy and he is distinguished with Honorary Degree of Doctor of Laws by Michigan State University, East Lansing. He was the Prime Minister of Romania between 2008-2012 and deputy in the Parliament of Romania in the 2000-2004 legislature.

Elected in 2020 rector at Babeș-Bolyai University, Daniel David is a “Aaron T. Beck” professor of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. He was the head of the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy of the Babeş-Bolyai University between 2007 and 2012. Daniel David is also an adjunct professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and is the head of the Research Program at Albert Ellis Institute in New York.

Vasile Jucan combines his artistic career with his didactic and managerial activities. Since 2001 he has been member of the teaching staff of the Gheorghe Dima Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca, where he received a PhD in 2006 under the supervision of maestro Eduard Terényi. From 2004-2012 he was dean of the Faculty of Musical Performance, and since 2012 he has been the rector of the Gheorghe Dima Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca.
