The Cluj Resilience Tracker (CRT) project documents the way in which non-profit organizations, academia, business and local public authorities have responded to the crisis caused by the COVID19 pandemic, in order to identify the necessary medium-term changes our community needs.
After the abrogation of the state of emergency in Romania and the relaxation of social distancing measures, the CRT team will organize public work sessions for the operationalization of the lessons learned, with the participation of decision makers and key actors in the community. Subsequently, the CRT team will provide support to organizations that will be able to help track the implementation of the commitments we will make after the COVID19 pandemic, individually and collectively.
How does it work?
- Step 1: the CRT team conducts telephone/online interviews with Cluj organizations that have responded with emergency measures to the crisis caused by the COVID19 pandemic.
- Step 2: the CRT results are published weekly and also disseminated through the social media channels of Cluj Cultural Centre, the Interdisciplinary Center for Data Science and other partners who join the initiative.
- Step 3: after the end of the state of emergency in Romania and the relaxation of social distancing measures, the CRT team publishes the series of lessons learned by local organizations in times of crisis.
- Step 4: the CRT team organizes public work sessions with decision makers and key community actors to operationalize lessons learned and identify the support organizations need in order to sustain medium-term pressure and awareness on measures to be improved and services to be scaled/replicated.

- We can identify the actors who will be most interested in sustaining pressure and awareness in the medium term on the measures that need to be improved.
- We can identify the areas where several actors have worked and the services that need to be scaled/replicated.
- We identify what kind of support organizations need in order to sustain in the medium term pressure and awareness on measures to be improved/services to be scaled/replicated.
- We can organize three public sessions on the above aspects and operationalize the lessons learned with decision makers and key actors in the community.

You can retrieve information documented by CRT. If you are part of initiatives that wish to align existing needs and resources in the community (platforms, TelVerde, taskforces) please take over and use the results mapped by CRT weekly.
