OPEN ACADEMY OF CHANGE is a program aimed to grow the capacity of civic and cultural sectors. Everybody can enrol in the Academy: citizens, cultural organizations, companies and universities. In 2020, the Academy will work at full capacity, serving over 2.000 Romanian and European cultural operators and 200.000 participants.
In 2017, we inaugurate Open University, a wide calendar of open courses for the large public, offered by universities, organizations and private companies. Furthermore, we host the first training programme for cultural mediators and a research of the professional training level of the local cultural organizations.
